RETURNS & REFUNDS

☛ WHAT IS THE 100% SIZING SATISFACTION GUARANTEE?

If your shoes don’t fit, we’ll replace them at no charge! Yes, you heard that right! Just let us know what the correct size should be (within ±2 sizes) and we will make sure you get a pair that fits perfectly!

Free Exchanges will only be allowed once per shoe order. Any costs related to exchanges past the first free exchange must be covered by the customer.

☛ HOW DO I KNOW IF THE SNEAKERS WILL FIT?

Check out our handy sizing chart next to each product image and you'll be able to make sure you get the best fit first time!

SHIPPING

☛ HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

14-28 business days depending on location, but we aim to to be faster than that! Orders are batched every 24-36 hours after transaction. From date of purchase please allow 6-7 days for tracking to be available.

Express Shipping: Purchases you will receive your order in 10-14 days. If you've ordered multiple units in one transaction the warehouse will do its best to combine that into the one order sent via DHL.

Yes! We ship worldwide!

☛ CUSTOM DUTIES, TAX AND CHARGES

Custom Duties, Tax and charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.

☛ 'RETURNED TO SENDER' ORDERS

If a package is returned to sender by the shipping courier, we will reship the package for free after an address verification is complete.

If a package is returned to sender by the shipping courier for a second time, we will reship the package for a small fee.

We will not refund nor assume liability for orders returned to sender due to incorrect address information provided by customers or missed delivery attempts by couriers. Customers may request a reshipment attempt but will be responsible for fees associated with additional delivery attempts.



Note: we will not refund returned packages to sender and reshipment times are the same as regular orders.

☛ LOST ORDER (WRONG ADDRESS)

We can not refund nor assume liability for orders that are lost due to incorrect Shipping Address. Please ensure the correct address has been entered upon checkout.

PAYMENTS

☛ THE AMOUNT CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT LOOKS DIFFERENT FROM THE AMOUNT ON THE INVOICE?

This is most likely due to the website charging in USD. Although prices might show in your local currency, our payment processors charge in USD.
